Mrs Keneilwe Bhebe originates from Bloemfontein. She matriculated at Kaelang Sec School. Her professional career spans over 15 years. Most of which she spent a labour Relations Practitioner for the Free State Department of Education at Dispute Resolution section.
She specialized in Grievances and Sexual Misconduct cases in the Free State Department of Education. She is a qualified mediator. After completing her BA Degree, she successfully completed her NQF 8 Postgraduate Diploma in Labour Law. She is aspiring to pursue her Master Degree in the same.
